Sunday 6th October is the perfect opportunity to nourish the body, mind, and soul. A day
dedicated to selfcare. Come and enjoy the peace, serenity, and beauty ofWaterperry Gardens.

During the morning yoga session we will be exploring the possibilities of opening and releasing with a guided meditation, and some classical pranayama practices infused with a grounding Yin Yoga practice which will allow time for our bodies to start the regeneration process, rekindling energy into our systems enabling us to move into a very gentle, uplifting heart opening Vinyasa flow practice.

This leads us nicely into a scrumptious, nutritious, vegetarian meal, made with fresh local ingredients.



After lunch we will embark on a walking meditation around the gardens followed by a journey of nurture and restoration, to release, nourish and rejuvenate the body and mind, ending in deep guided yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) to restore the vitality in your spiritual body, leaving you completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

You will also be invited to stay for some delicious tea and cakes afterwards before departing.



Please bring your own equipment, mat, blanket, cushions and belt.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place with the balance of £75 due by 1st September 2024.
